Returns:
- WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Store Credit never expires. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding size and styling. We are happy to help!
- Must notify us within 3 days of receipt of items for in store credit. Please be sure to contact us via email at freckledmama3@gmail.com to request an exchange or refund. Once approved, items must be shipped back to our location within 5 days of notification. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odor. Freckled Mama Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund should the item(s) not be in new, odor free condition. It is our goal to make each one of our customers happy, please try on and look over your item once received and notify us of any issues!
